Make a discord have a page that serves as entry list for the venue keep the Erp inside discord to avoid those that may try to report the content ingame. Make your PF adverts general and direct them to the discord.

I can understand why they might not feel like they need to treat a legitimate in-game activity like they're selling savage runs for bitcoin.
