For a term like a dalliance and a context in which this specific person used it, any reasonable individual will infer that they aren't talking about innocent jargon here, but something a little less appropriate. Besides, if we're being blunt this OP knew full well in the first place the ambiguity surrounding the term dalliance, so you can make a reasonable call they were trying to mask the true happenings of this event behind an ambiguous term. Even the OP sarcastically went on a lovely little crusade regarding this specific term. If you want to advertise, call it for what it is and don't use amibguous terms so you can just counterargue "well it's just a technicality. I didn't mean it that way"
If the potential is the problem, we should really just remove the ability to type in game at all with that logic. Just make everywhere just like PvP chat. Fixes everything.
