Im actually genuinely curious why the GMs are even people now, and now just automated bots, if they are just going to say the same vague thing every time.

Honestly it would save SE a lot of money and you wouldnt have to worry about the bots being harrassed

Taking it from someone who came from a game fully moderated by bots, it's worse. You'll get banned for saying words that aren't even slurs. For example, I got a 3 day ban in my game for saying the word "training". I had a friend get a day mute for saying "food" once, that was hilarious.

I mean people are being banned for saying 18+ right now apparently

Some MMOs do this and it's not good. FFXIV team make good decisions so it doesn't do it.

If you had actually read the original post, you would know that slapping an age tag onto a PF isn't a punishable offense in and of itself. It's the content within the rest of the listing or the activities inside the venue that are getting players into trouble.

I did read the original posts, and many before it, did you? Several people who were hit by this same GM didnt have offensive language in their ads.

I think this is less about specific words and more about the general, overall assessment of the advert and what they think it is advertising. They think that if you show up to that event while 13+ that you may see things not suitable for your age.
