I think it should be fixed so no 1 person FC's is permitted and have to have 6 active accounts in it, meaning if someone stops playing... the FC will be getting an auto demolition warning after 45 days, however with ships and everything added will be saved to a special storage, if it end going boom boom, evicted for not being able to fullfill the basic requirement.
