There is a difference between giving constructive criticism and just crying like a baby.

you got that one wrong.
i meant there are several people with the opinion that feedback is useless about decisions that are already made by the devs.
which is obviously not right and (yes, hopefully constructive) criticism is noticed.

and not to forget:
there are also people crying about constructive criticism just because it's not their opinion.
