I see all these people complaining about grinding for essences when there is no grind really for the basic ones.. they come from the plant an fish enemies right outside the gate.. grab a friend or even by yourself an pick them all up in one go.. you'll get 10-20 essences per pack of mobs.. if you have friends they can give you the ones they get if they're stocked up.. I brought a new person into Bazja and while they were unlocking the quests just to go outside myself an another friend had already gotten them probably 20-30 fragments of skill.. its not hard it dosnt take long.. the only thing I see is people being lazy an not helping their teammates clear DR the way it is intended.
