Honestly? And this is from someone who usually thinks RP'ers have a big persecution complex, but in XIV RP'ers are always met with a lot of hostility and its been that way since 1.0. This is just giving people an excuse to rally.

Starting to feel like it would have been best for the GM to lock this topic after their reply.
There's no use keeping it open and if people want to discuss the potential issue of minors being groomed/involved in things they shouldn't be, I feel that's best done in a dedicated topic rather than steering every single RP related topic in that direction.

It's counter-productive and is exactly why people have fought back against it.
It's a legitimate topic and one that merits discussion, but you do no favors for anyone by demonizing RPers in a topic like this.

Then places like the Beehive shouldnt be there with poledancers. Or quests where you strip down to a bikini to tantalize someone for information. Both of those revolve around adult themes. Its either fully ok or it not. The inbetween"ness" of these rules only makes things such as this make no sense

Because nobody corrected this earlier and is just running on memory... it's not your character in the bikini (which would go over interestingly with some players) but Suzume. You're fully clothed and really just there so you see the scene play out.

As for the Beehive... we get the context, and can either like it or feel uncomfortable about it because of what we know it's hinting at. But for what is actually on-screen, a kid could go in and out and not realise it's anything more than a theatre where people are dancing on stage.
