I've had a friend get put in there and he had to wait for 2 hours for a GM to tell him " hey we are banning you for a week" when he asked why they refused to tell him anything. They then banned him for another week for closing the game after since closing the game was disrespectful to the GM who made him wait for 2 hours only to give him no info. Just send a damn email and don't waste peoples time
