The point is that the devs have limited amount of time to work on content, and depending on how long it takes to develop certain content, it can take a long time between new iterations of that content, should they even want to have new iterations.
In over 7+ years since the launch of ARR, there have only been 3 Ultimates and 2 Deep Dungeons. You being upset over that is not going to vastly increase the number of Ultimate and Deep Dungeon that they release because of said development time needed.
If you think a person is toxic for telling others that their content is not needed because said person doesn't want that type of content, then you are being toxic here, and hypocritical about it too. Just because you don't see a lot of people wanting certain types of content, it doesn't mean SE is wrong for developing said content and seeing if there are people who may enjoy said content.
