I'm pretty sure Ardbert during his "better" days as the healer role quest may have implied more than friendship between Lamitt and him :P. Could likely be just my VN-tinted glasses.
Otherwise? The "obvious" WoL x Alisaie. The cs before Shadowbringer really hit the feels for me. Although I'd also be fine in her role as a little sister (together with Ryne, even though her Trust position is moved to Estinien).
In the early ARR days, I'd even ship Minfilia and WoL because she'd call them "their Warrior of Light" iirc and revealed her "weaker" side to us :3.

It actually implied Ardbert was too much of a dense doofus to notice Lamitt's feelings for him, which is entirely on-point for his protagonist nature if you ask me.

I'm sure it would've worked out if the world hadn't ended first.
