I remember only that xiv was in talks, with no real ground made. You'd have to link an article, because otherwise I think you read too much into it. Otherwise it would be common knowledge.

Unfortunately I would have to dig deep to find the articles. Aside from just looking up the XO2019 interview. And I just don't have the time to do that digging right now.

Thanks for doing the digging. Since Phil is the head of Xbox his word carries a lot of weight. And we know that they were being pretty accommodating with policies in regards to the porting process.

Yet, he is not square. He is not yoship. And he has only ever said "in talks" and "we'd like to". Never "it is coming" and certainly not "late 2020"

Unless it comes from SE ( Yoshida or the CEO ) them self, it don't carry much weight at all.

It literally does. Because these people would have more information then a PR rep or some low level employee. This is the head of one of the top three console platforms on the market
