Instead of cutting Ultimate from 5.5 why not cut bozja?

It's crazy to me that they thought a 48-man savage would even work long term, for content like Bozja. Supposedly the gear is worse, and harder to obtain than regular savage. But also include mettle penalties during. The amount of mettle you can lose progging savage - and having to pug it ineveitably - is a gigantic amount. Like, we actually used to talk about how the mettle loss in Castrum "isn't that bad", "it can be earned back". The savage is next level. People in my Bozja CWL were talking about losing 400k+ mettle progging it and having to farm bozja to earn it back. That's over half their earned mettle in it's entirety! People who like savage-tier content, will (or already have) clear it once, and say "never again". It's simply not worth it.

I assume this savage was supposed to sort of make up for the absence of Ultimate, and serve as filler for high-end raiders, but it just doesn't apply, in my opinion. Having it for Bozja which is effectively casual/midcore content, makes no sense to me. The punishment system might as well be removed, or completely reworked, and definitely doesn't work for high-end content people have to prog - it might as well be encouraging players NOT to prog content.
