I suspect the STF will do exactly nothing.

countless players have done their homework for them, using only what we players have at our disposal. we have submitted detailed reports, in english and japanese. we lack any of their tools that they use to verify any of, and yet, nothing is ever done.

so, this leads to one of a couple of conclusions.

1. the players are 100% incorrect and there is no botting or illegal activity being done by any of the ones reported for botting and RMT activity across a data center. especially since these are long term deeply embedded bots/RMT generators

2. the STF, and by extension SE, doesnt give a F, condones botting/RMT activity or simply feels only the Japanese servers deserve their attention.

Its getting to the point where the only homework we can do for them is Public Relations, and spread the word about what a fine job they are doing in this regard.

If you have ever tried contacting a Japanese company, for whatever reason, you know what they think of foreigners. I am seriously surprised they even bothered launching a English version of the game. If you are into Anime, Manga and the likes, you'll find that most games, videos and Magazines are translated by foreigners without the developers consent. The developers normally don't even bother trying to stop such translations, which really shows how much they care.

Check out Baka-Tsuki, they are a fan based translation "group". There are others out there too, but Baka-Tsuki is the only one I've found with an official front. I used to be a member and help out with editorial stuff for a Leaf anime game called White Album 2. I tried contacting Leaf at least twice, never heard anything back.

Every notice how many North American and European game developers are the same way for those who live outside their regions and don't speak their languages?

And I think there is very good reason for SE Japan to view even the company in NA with wary eyes.
