To be fair, CDPR is trying to fix Cyberpunk, but boy did it cost them dearly. It remains to be seen if there will still be a CDPR at all when it's all said and done. There's no saving Fallout 76 though.

They are still several years of game development needed for them to reach the quality of game they advertised. Currently Cyperpunk 2077 has worse open world NPC AI than games released in 2004 and has less open world believability GTAIII, a 2001 game. Their roadmap only says they are going to tackle the bugs, the game will still not be what was advertised by the end of 2021.
