Threads like this are one of the few times I'm glad the developers never read the forums.


Super delaying a game is a sure fire method of suicide. The moment you turn off the content spigot for a very longs time is when people leave.
I left WoW at the end of Pandora when I heard it was going to be 18 months before any new content. Going to Summer 2022 would cost so many subs it would get people fired at SE. This game has become a source of dependable revenue for SE and the board will go to great lengths to prevent significant losses.


What does Endwalker have to do with fixing in-engine problems? That can do that before, on release or after the release of any expansion.I've got a bad feeling Endwalker will be Shadowbringers 2.0. Amazing story and music but lacking in content. This whole pandemic business has already delayed 5.3 so why not delay the next expansion to summer 2022? Give them time to reset their release dates and fix some in-engine problems.
