What things annoy you?

People who claim this game is toxic yet in the same breath espouse toxicity.

I figure that's because many consider mostly/only "toxic raiders" as toxcity, while the other side of the spectrum (the whole and undefined range of "casual" toxcity) is blissfully or intentionally ignored or seen as less of a problem.
