Why do Viera and Hrothgar Pay the Same for Less?

I just love when people shill for multi million dollar corporations. Maybe finish a product before you sell it, SE. But these are the forums. If SE asked for a finger these people would say it's not so bad, we have like 9 more anyway. lol Sad times.

Unfortunately, they (SE) seem to think viera/hrothgar are finished. I don't think they consider them incomplete races. Viera/hrothgar are complete, and they are content with them being in their limited state.

I really don't get how people can defend SE for releasing more glamour items but then excluding the 2 limited races from it.

If they can't even add hats for the new items, then the chances of them being able to go back and add hats and headgear for all the old pieces is basically 0

Because they are "limited", they don't get hats. Why would they bother? They stated they wouldn't receive any hats, and meant it.
