then you want enough Skill Speed to hit 11 GCDs in Fight or Flight (a GCD of 2.43 is enough to do so, but you can go slightly faster if it feels more comfortable)

Only after Savage Blade and and pop FoF below half way left to Goring, then stall 1 Atonement for Goring then finish the last Atonement.
2.42-2.40 you pop it before Savage Blade below half the GCD left after Fast Blade.
2.41-2.40 you can get away with using all 3 atonements then Goring.
