They've modified hairstyles before to work around other race's features, the twin bun style even moves them to a completely different section of the head for Miqo'te to avoid the ears so they can definitely move a braid forwards a bit if it would clip.
Yeah, was gonna pull up your Hrothgar Hat post showing they there's nothing about the head that says they CAN'T fit hats, you would just have to take off the mane.

Also ran across this lil goodie glitched Hrothgar.


This was the 1 head I thought wouldn't look right bald but looks damn good.
The only real reason I can find for not allowing Hrothgar males to just be bald when they put on most of this hats or simply by default is ... "because I said so, Lion has mane!".

Both races are plagued by fundamental design decisions that I don't get.
