    Since I don't speak japanese (and also french!)...

    EDIT: I just looked for Yoshi-Ps original post and asked Google Translate (xD") for help. I know that Google Translate is really bad, but in that translation there isn't that sentence "We put focus on GER/FR players". It actually says "we put focus on european players"... meh.

    This double mistake in the translation is screwing up the chances to get a server with a descent EU community, thats sad ><

    They need to make it clear in all the translations:

    option 1: Server 10 is recommended for EU time zone
    option 2: Server 10 is recommended for FR/DE languages.

    If its option2, even the FR/DE will run away from server 10!
