Just so happened that this content which encouraged veteran players to populate Heavensward zones came out about the same time as the expansion of the Free Trial to cover all the Heavensward zones, making it easier for Free Trial players to complete fates and be exposed to vets who can speak to what else the game has beyond the Free Trial. Hmm...
