There's a reason why your over 100 tickets don't lead to anything. A person's character simply hanging around is not harassment. This is an MMORPG. If you want to be alone then close down your FC house or hide in an inn. If you don't like someone leaving messages on your FC Message book then close it down. It's not hard. There are tools in place to deal with these kinds of issues. You just aren't using them.
Yes, I hope to catch their attention to fix an issue, not slap my stalker. It's very clear that wasnt going to happen, so absolutely I came to the forums to advocate for prevention. If SE cant take something as serious as in-game to irl stalking seriously, then they really need to make some changes. 100% I do not think anyone should have to change the way they play a game because of someones actions. Especially if they did try to avoid this person by blacklisting and name changing.
I really dont have to explain my thought process on this to you though; you're free to disagree and Im always up for a debate but I stand firm on this.
