SE's inability to protect players from stalking/harassment

I think a lot of the time, people who have stalkers have them because you let every little action that the stalker or "stalker" (in some cases) does bother them. In cases where it's legitimate stalking, they can't really do anything to you in game, so why let it bother you so much? They hang around you and emote? Sure, it can be a bit annoying but that's all they can do, annoy you. And because you let it annoy you, they take joy in doing it. Don't let it bother you so much where it ends up they kill you with kindness. And as for people who have "stalkers" (i.e. I SAW THEM IN LIMSA USING THE MB! THEY ARE STALKING ME!), those people do exist and need some serious help.
