At the minimum, you should be bringing a few Reraise potions and Manawall. Optimally, you would have watched a guide before participating in the duel. If you go in without knowing what you're doing at all, you're wasting everyone's time and, worst of all, wasting the time of people who are serious about getting <Sword of the South>, who prepared the correct actions before even entering the pre-duel CE.

Wasting duels by going in without any Essence or Reraise might be fun for you but with duel participation being at such a premium, you're dragging down the entire instance.

I'm there to have fun. I'm not going to study for a duel like I would preparing for high end content. I earned my rng chance the same as anyone else in there.
