Please do not waste duels if you don't know what you're doing.

At the minimum, you should be bringing a few Reraise potions and Manawall. Optimally, you would have watched a guide before participating in the duel. If you go in without knowing what you're doing at all, you're wasting everyone's time and, worst of all, wasting the time of people who are serious about getting <Sword of the South>, who prepared the correct actions before even entering the pre-duel CE.

Wasting duels by going in without any Essence or Reraise might be fun for you but with duel participation being at such a premium, you're dragging down the entire instance.

This is why they need a 'reserves' system to Duels.
If the player KO's within the first 60s of the Duel, then it rerolls for any others who accepted, and could repeat a couple times so you've got 2-3 mins to 'trial' players.

If you really don't know what you're doing, you're not gonna last 60s.
That said, it's not going to prevent those who kinda know what they're doing, but don't bring the right actions.
