There needs to be a limit on when leaving a dungeon gives a penalty.

Sadly this is to prevent those that leave just because they got some dungeon/instance they didnt want to do, which i feel like is fair.

you could keep the intent and also help people like op by not giving a penalty past 30 minutes into the duty.
