Billions of Chinese people are extremely stressed because of the coronavirus and a lot of them are on lockdown. Even overseas Chinese are worried about their family back in China, especially Wuhan. It will be a nice gesture if we suspended the housing demolition timer. It would really suck if they got the coronavirus and fell sick, get quarantined, and come home only to find out their house was demolished.

The last thing the housing market needs is suspending the housing timer yet again. SE needs to either implement some other automated housing acquisition and release method and delete the timer, or turn it on and never turn it off again.
