Confused about an in-game "personal notice" I received (about a bug report)

That doesn't look like an individual response, it looks like a canned one. They're probably just closing off a bunch of old bug reports that they still had open. They do this in waves on the forums too.

Ahh. That makes a tiny bit more sense, though it's still odd to even receive it in the first place (the first time I've ever received one, despite a load of bug reports over the years).
