Good job people. Sounds like they are going to add it to the mogstation for a some real life cash instead of the event.

Please, SE. Make it an event item obtainable with MGP, even if its for a high amount. PLEASE!

Well, a lot of posts I've seen around here begged SE to add it, claiming they would even pay money for it, so they just received what they asked for.
I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.

Because they were being unrealistic. The common trend is an event item is released one year for the event, a year later it goes up on the cash shop. This isn't always the case, but it's the case more often than not. Expecting them to buck their tradition in order to satisfy you is just being intentionally obtuse. Everyone with a functioning brain stem knew if they released the hair again it would be a cash shop thing, especially after it wasn't available for two years. No different from how most people will expect the Fire Festival items this year to be on sale next year around the same time as the event start. It would have been bad business for them if they didn't capitalize on the money aspect. Especially since if it were released again randomly, no doubt in a month or two people would cry about wanting the hairstyle and missing out on it. This way they can buy it whenever, it'll be 5-10 dollars tops, that's nothing. If that's an amount that would break the bank for you, you have bigger issues than cosmetics in games, namely in the area of financial management.
sweet, thanks SE for at least adding a source for it
Just because something is traditional doesnt mean it is good or right or anything. It means its what happened in the past. What exactly is wrong with wanting them to put the hair in-game instead of the shop? Nothing. Seems extremely petty to me for someone to NOT want this to be put in game. It hurts absolutely no one. The content, to many, has been in a bit of a decline lately, so why shouldn't they treat their loyal players with something? I'm baffle someone might be against this.
This has nothing to do with what I said.Because they were being unrealistic. The common trend is an event item is released one year for the event, a year later it goes up on the cash shop.
