Toxic WHM Glare spammers

Please remember that WHM now has a large number of instant cast heals that show no casting bar. One regen, three AOE heals, three single target heals and several of them have multiple charges. So while it looks like all there doing is cast glare and Medica 2, there may be more to it than that. With a group that is taking minimal damage, the instant heals are more than sufficient to keep the group alive. After that, its DPS to fill the time. If things get messy, I will resort to GCD heals as that will be all that I will have remaining as the instants were used. I try to keep the MT above 75% HP and the DPS above 90%, if there below those numbers I heal instead of DPS. If I know something nasty is coming, I will top everybody off. For me, my little game is to see how much DPS I can do while keeping people as closed to topped off as possible.

I am aware of instant casts having no timer. Easy to tell if you got a c0-healer slacking off, just wait for damage you know wont kill the party but bring their hp down a good chunk. After that just wait a short period to see if your co-healer gets off their rear before you step in. Sad to say Whm was not getting off their rear they were wiggling it.

Given the fact that AST has the most oGCD heals of all healers that are literally free to use and also hecking powerful without loosing any uptime or DPS imo it's perfectly fine for a WHM (who looses the most potency) to have trust in your skills.
Maybe try to work on yourself first before looking at others?
There is a certain website where ppl upload all kind of runs and you can check which casts/instants and how many you did in a fight, to see if you fully utilized your toolkit.

Maybe try not to jump the gun with site use the run in question is not even logged. Said site relies on its dps meter for information which not everyone uses, so the only runs that appear are ones where the meter was present. My last puppets run was 10/19/2020 prior to reset. So you are looking at 3 week old run where the Whm's didnt slack off, I also know I can do better. But I am also not stupid I can tell if another healer is slacking off.
