I woke up at 2:30am. By the time I logged in all the med/lrg were gone. I just randomly bought whatever plot was available, and then later I saw a plot I liked better and relocated. The person waiting there had been clicking for 8 hours.

edit: Thank you OP for starting this thread. I've seen so many posts and comments complaining about this and that, but not enough people thank SE for giving us new wards. Many people got houses and upgrades from this Housing Ultimate so thank you very much SE! We appreciate you.

I got mine Tuesday morning! Was stuck in the 600s in queue, took 7 minutes to get in (I even set a timer lol). All the mediums and larges were already gone, but I managed to nab one of the last few remaining smalls. Then I saw that Plot 9 open up on an older ward... and I had to nab it. Plot 9 was actually my original 2nd choice pick if I failed to get my 1st pick. Funny thing is I missed out on both, but I still got one in the end after relocating. I'm sure I made people mad with that relocating, "OMG you put a timer on a brand new house you troll!" or at least that's what I've been reading. But I didn't do it to troll others, I simply did it because I liked plot 9 better than the one I got initially. Sorry not sorry.

I just love all these accusations of being called a troll. Just LOVE it. Not. Seriously, is it so wrong of people that did manage to get a house to be HAPPY they got one!? I'm tired of seeing nothing but negative posts about how awful SE is. I love SE, I love FFXIV, I don't play the game just for housing so even if I didn't get one I wouldn't be rage quitting... I'd be disappointed, but I wouldn't be raging on the forums and telling everyone I was quitting. But yet the people that got a house say anything about getting one and we're suddenly trolls.

Again. Sorry not sorry. I will NOT apologize for the fact that I happened to get lucky and I got a house when others didn't. Try again next time, because there will be one.

Too much negativity and pettiness in this world. Remember, during a pandemic crisis, SE was able to provide 720 new housing plots per server. That's 720 players/fc who were able to buy a house and/or upgrade. There's nothing wrong with saying thank you to SE for going out of their way to do this and being happy for the players who got a house or got an upgrade. Remember, everyone is a winner whether you got a large, medium, small or even if you missed out but was able to experience the thrill of housing ultimate. It's truly exhilarating. There are no losers in this event. Love u all!
