Toxic WHM Glare spammers

Tell me about it. Try being a WHM main since 2014 and seeing your class become the flavor of the month for all the green dps. With a good WHM, you won't even care or notice if we dps because we're also maintaining the party health without much effort. I've had people actually complain in chat because they saw I was a WHM. Our reputation is that bad right now thanks to these type of people.

I'll be the first to feel for you guys and defend healers, esp considering SE botched it on the next new jobs, as well as the universal homogenization, that ruined some tanks, and pretty much all healers because "reasons", from playing since 2.0 when i see holy i just assumed stuff is going down, glare just isnt as announced, loud or as prominent as something like Cleric Stance back in the day. Would be great if there was a tell that didnt need to be told in real time in discord to the party or the tank that the healer means business, honestly. Whether ppl hated the stance or loved it, one thing was certain, you knew when the healer was in dps mode AND would adjust(pop available cd's or bloodbath as dps or something)

That's the problem, though. There isn't healer mode and dps mode. We dps when healing isn't needed. Some have just taken it to the extreme and try to claim that you don't need healing so long as you have 1 HP or you shouldn't have stood in x, blah blah blah. It's all excuses to not do the main job because you don't really want to support your party and just want fast queue times. And I don't mean keep parties at 100%. But treat your party like people. Don't make them stress about their health and survival. Show them that you have their back so they can confidently do their jobs in the group, too.
