Blue Mage is fine as it is.

It really isn't. at its current state it's a unpolished potential that only leads to waste of resources. Probably better to erase it altogether at this point and use the resource somewhere else. It has no replayability at all, plus devs need to update it every now and then instead of every expansion like other jobs.
