    I just hope they keep SMN under 32 because that's how many I can map to a controller and I like having a few for teleport/mount available. Good luck memorizing that two minute long rotation, perhaps a piano will be needed to play it in the future...

    Just play BLM it's so easy you literally just spam ice spells and never run out of MP and if anyone questions why you don't use fire just say you're too cool and report them for critiquing your playstyle.

    As long as they're pushing buttons ever GCD even an Ice Mage can out DPS someone who isn't GCD capping.

    Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
    Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
    Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

    I played an affliction warlock in WoW. Tried to play summoner and noped right over to leveling scholar only. I don't see how anyone can play that job well without add-ons.
