One of the biggest reasons I can't be bothered with the Ishgard restoration in it's entirety.
Players kept loudly asking for housing in Ishgard. They're getting housing in Ishgard.

Almost no one was asking for housing in Dravania (though there were a few). If any other HW zone got mentioned for housing, it was usually Sea of Clouds.
