Regarding Firmament Titles For 5.3

I would really like some clarification on the new announcement - does this mean that the "Skyward" achievement titles for gaining a certain amount of points towards your score, e.g. "X of the Firmament" will remain the same, or will they be different? I was counting on them being the same, but if they will become unavailable with the new phase of the restoration that only leaves about a week to gain them with the patch date now set for 8th September...

The titles for reaching top 12 and top 100 will remain the same. The achievements being added are the same as those, but they will say "Phase 2" and such moving forward for those who hunt achievements. That is it

we get no new titels what is great, that was a good idea BUT you will give us again achievements with achievements points
most achievement hunter like me will do it again and take places from other players that dont have the titels yet, and i already got the titels in first phase, so i will take the titels from one person that doesnt have it

Oh I see, so there won't be changes to the other Restoration achievements, just the ranking titles. I was a bit out of the loop with what the community were asking so I wasn't sure, haha. Thanks!

Not. Most players wanted the titles the same and Achievements weren't even a factor. In fact most people dont' get two shits about achievements that don't give them anything period. Only the ones that give titles, minions, etc. Therefore, it cuts out a huge portion of people actually coming back, as we already have the title. Points do nothing. There's much more to the game than chasing achievements that don't aid in anything. J/s. This WAS the vast majority. Those who wanted the title to stay the same

If you're willing to place again for a meaningless set of points tied to an achievement and take it away from somebody else who is trying to go for the title you already have, that's on you and your conscious frankly

Unless they make it so that those who already have the titles are ignored for the leaderboard. I got the impression this was the plan when the titles were originally announced for 5.2.

yup they said it, and now its totally different
its just dumb to do it like the way they announced it now, player that want the titels are get a kick in her butt because achievement hunter will take places from the top12 even if they had the titles
i dont complain about doing 10 days again of farming or crafting, im fine with that, but im sad about the players that really want the titel and need to fight against players who already got the titels

And again. Those points you chase do NOTHING. They give you NOTHING and aren't publicly shown. Nor do people go looking for them. But you're saying you'll basically take something from somebody who doesn't have what you have (the title) for this useless show of numbers. That's scummier than the people that would have shown up and grabbed the new titles even if they had the first ones had they ended up adding new ones. Any other content that's fine, hunt away. But this type of play is cringe
