Fairly easy to spot an rmt, esp with the help of lodestone. Since I had time laying dead I checked. 1 Roegdyn with a single dd job at 50 n

I know a ton of people with only 1 50 and its not even a DoW/DoM class, this proves nothing.

3 Lalafell who only have con/thm at 50

My LS has 7 Lalafells who have only 1 mage class at 50. They party with me (Elezen) and their bf/gfs (Roe/Hyur), again, that proves nothing.

As in any game its easy to spot when 1 person is controlling 3+ chars

Funny story? I trio box'd my character, my sister's character and her boyfriend's character in FFXI to work on my empyrean weapon and no one could tell that I was trio-boxing. Sometimes when you feel it's RMT doesn't necessarily mean it is RMT, it could just be an anon douchebag you never met just screwing with you or someone you ended up pissing off getting revenge or trying to clear you out.

I remember the XI days.

"HOLY SHIT THAT GUY IS SPEAKING CHINESE, RMT RMT RMT!"

This is what got a lot of innocent people banned in XI over the years, because they "acted like RMT" and got reported and ended up swept in the monthly bans by the STF.

That has nothng to do with botting. I've done it and have told my LS mates how as well. You just need to know when the spawn windows are. As long as you know that, you can claim them before they appear.

I know I claim mobs (against LS parties) better since I switched to fibers... and before, as you said I saw the mob already claimed before it pops when I was using ADSL.

I still don't know how to identified who is botting tho. I only know bot software tab around so the char will keep looking at you and other stuffs and looping (due to program keep hitting tab I guess and normal people won't tab around)...

its not a claim bot its all about knowing the spawn timers you can claim before they show on the screen.
