The only way Coil will ever be put in Roulette is if SE nerf the fights to be as easy as the Alexander/Omega/Eden Normal raids.
You can do most of them solo unsynced on jobs like PLD and RDM or duo unsynced all of them with a PLD+dps. Basically you need to be able to bring decent healing and dps and you can do the entire raid unsynced super easily.

COils needs to stay out of roulette. I don't want to see it nerf because that is exactly what will happen. Just like my boy TG from Orbanne.
As for your PF woes, I mean depends on the time of day you put up PF on Aether. I seen a handful of PF for BCoB synced for first timers. It takes a good few hours to run it if you include cutscenes and such. Maybe PF in chunks like T1-T4 and so on. Because its definitely not an easy raid at ilvl sync if you don't know what you are doing. But if you are trying to do it now it may not be the best since the Yokai event is going and the Rising Event is about to hit as well.
What you're asking for is impossible, and nothing SE does will ever change that. You just have to accept the fact that the content is very very old and very very difficult. Either suck it up and do it unsynced, advertising in PF that you have first-time bonus and will be watching cutscenes, or if you have your heart set on doing it the hard way, be prepared for a long wait and a lot of frustration along the way. It IS still possible to run them synced and get something approaching the original experience of the content, but finding those few people out there who are willing to help you is going to be a tall order and require a lot of work and patience on your part. What you're asking is an extremely unpopular method of doing the content, and you'll just have to accept that when you want to do things in an unorthodox way, you're going to have to put in more effort to find people to help you.

If you want to do the raid as intended then you have to put together a raid group like people did when it was new. You can't expect to clear end game raids with first timers who don't watch guides and don't talk in voice chat, which is what you'll find in RF and DF. Many random groups can't even do extreme trials within the duty timer. That's why there are practice groups for different phases.
Putting Coils in the raid roulette will not accomplish what you want. It will not allow your friend to clear the bosses one by one with competent people. Instead, your friend will see dozens of groups fall apart until he gives up, and many players will have their roulette queue wasted on this.
So, please make a raid group. There are discord servers where you can find like-minded players.

I could see them doing that sometime in the future if they felt the need to, or at least copy it and make an easier version. Though that makes me wonder...if they were to call the regular version we have now Savage, what would they call the Second Coil Savage we currently have? Insane?

They are absolutely atrocious IMO. I would start avoiding normal roulette so I never have to play them again. I honestly think it was the latter half of Alexander when they figured out how to make fun raids. Almost all of BCoB, a lot of the early Alexander, is awful, though with Alex a few times it's just because of ilevel creep.
Maybe retool BCoB. Completely change ones like the stupid platforming thing. Maybe move the story exposition to single player duties. But like, create savage for the first tier, and make it so the savage stuff plays exactly as it does now, so that experience is still there for people who want it.

While this is true it doesn't mean that SE can't adjust the content to be easier to do. They already have a history of nerfing old content so this wouldn't even be a new thing. Well whether SE think it is worth their time to do this or not is another thing altogether. But the point is they certainly are able to adjust the content to be suitable for a roulette environment.

None of the savage content is in a roulette. Its all accessible now, through unsyncing it. They dont want to, to "experience it", but that isn't a thing they can do, since the originals have been nerfed (other than the final fights of the tier) and job changes, etc. Plus, they said they wanted to go in at i130, which is definitely NOT as intended. While this is true it doesn't mean that SE can't adjust the content to be easier to do. This is basically the same as putting savage fights in raid roulette.
Terrible idea.
