If it isn't patched out but known and no intention of being patched out, it's no longer called an exploit but a "Feature"
Asking for them to put in a leveling potion while constantly saying "It's an exploit" is a call for monetization in place of the strategy.

I don't think you know what the verb` exploit` means. You're literally taking advantage of something that's unintended. You can sugarcoat it however you want but at the end of the day it's an unintended `feature` aka a bug.
All I'm asking for is a potion to skip level 1-60.
Wow I'm amazed. Past page has been just us 2 defining what an exploit is.
Still not getting it.
A bug that is used to gain a benefit that is unintended and is raised negatively which will likely be patched out = Exploit.
A system that is used to gain benefit that is originally unintended but is not seen as an issue by the development team/won't be patched out = Feature.
The tagging system, is not a bug, it's an intentional design with a beneficial side effect that the Dev team are not patching out, therefore it's become a feature.
And just because you're okay with trying to get a strategy highlighted and removed so you can drop money on a skip potion doesn't mean everyone else is, or would want to.

That's amazing you're making up your own terms now. Look up the verb exploit for me. Google has it as `make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource).`Still not getting it.

eg. You're taking full use an anti grief system in an unexpected way.
Edit: I mean you guys can sugar coat it as much as you want, but this thread isn't about exploiting an anti grief mechanic in an unintended way.

By that definition, everything in this game is an exploit. I’m exploiting raids to get the resource “gear.” I’m exploiting the MB when I buy mounts that I’ll never get otherwise. Exp is a resource.
In gaming terms, it means using a feature in a way the devs don’t want you to.
The Ungarmax bug was an exploit.
The BLU job change thing was an exploit.
SE knows people are doing it this way. If they wanted to fix it, they would. BLU already levels differently than other jobs, so they can make job specific exp changes. They could make it so that if a BLU doesn’t do the most damage to the mob, they get no exp or spells.
I don’t feel like raiding on my alts. My main has done it already. Let me just buy a box of BiS for my alts with cash.

They clearly didn't meant for people to power level through that anti grief mechanic. It's considered exploiting a game mechanic in an unintended way.By that definition, everything in this game is an exploit. I asked for level skip like the ones that exist for 1-70 not complete bis. I didn't even ask for skills.
I still don't understand what you gain for sugarcoating it. I guess it makes you feel better?
Again, it's not sugarcoating to say "The Dev team has deemed this not worth time/resources to fix" where it becomes Feature as opposed to ExploitThey clearly didn't meant for people to power level through that anti grief mechanic. It's considered exploiting a game mechanic in an unintended way.

Like you said yourself, Slide casting is another that became a feature because it's related to back end stuff would require engine work and hardware upgrades, hardly worth the cost to fix.
Wave Dashing in Fighting games, originally started life as a "bug" which the devs went "You know what this is pretty cool, let's keep it" to the point that wave dashing is now a staple in the genre.
Google search will only give you broad definitions, it won't give you the working terms that Devs and Bug Hunters use industry wide.
Something that does something it's not supposed to: Bug
Something that does something it's not supposed to that creates a benefit which can be deemed unfair: Exploit
Something that does something it's not supposed that creates a benefit, yet the dev teams deem it fair/safe and choose not to fix it: Feature
Guess what the tag leveling is? Feature.
Again, you really do seem to be pushing real hard to monetize, raising the tag leveling as a negative (which again, makes it seem like you want it fixed) while offering no concrete solutions for BLUs to level at a more palatable pace as we all know leveling through Fates/Non-Roulette Dungeons/Class Quests is extremely slow and grindy and it's why people use tag leveling
Because there are NO other options for them to level at a decent pace because they don't get Roulettes nor PoD/HoH access.
You have to understand, when you're raising something as a negative, offering no other concrete methods other than "Just cash shop it yo", you're not going to find many on your side, especially veteran MMO'ers like myself that have grown to really hate that shady practice.
