You're right, it is on point. BLU players using their whole kit. Everyone else sticking to single mob pulls.
Also I didn't know that using spells devs have known since its introduction would wreck FATES is now suddenly an exploit because a bunch of players decided so.
Well, if you don't see the difference between doing FATEs for the fun BLU gives and using BLU during FATE farming events because it outpowers every other classes/jobs, I just can't help you.Yes, I'm sure in FATE farming events, you do everything but FATEs.
You're trying to cancel out this argument because you have no valid retort, but it doesn't work just because you want it to. They're still FATEs, and devs haven't done anything about it all this time. They knew this would happen when reintroducing Yokai again.
Just because you don't like it, you don't get to grab a bag of diverse arguments and try to see what it sticks. And then switch to another argument when the current one ("I don't want people competing with me" - "I don't want to compete with BLU" - "I don't want to do it with BLU" - "BLU is an exploit").
But reading you, I get that you do see the difference. You just don't want the competition and will find any excuse to hide yourself behind.
Sad. Just sad.

Stop being selfish the blue mages destroying fates will likely make another player only get bronze if they are lucky.Yes, I'm sure in FATE farming events, you do everything but FATEs.

Blue is not an exploit however when you're only solution is either to play one, a Dark Knight or join one it means there is a problem that should be fixed.

Sad. Just sad.Sounds like you two are don't ones who don't want competition on an event that's going to be here until November in the very leastStop being selfish the blue mages destroying fates will likely make another player only get bronze if they are lucky.

Having access to flying also gives a massive advantage over some players. Is this an exploit too?
People can get around that limitation by grouping up with someone with a 2-person mount. Just like people can get around all the various BLUs by grouping up with them.
But really, this. There are skills that won't obliterate mobs, use them. Try and be at least a little considerate of your fellows players.
Just a little aside about my adventures from yesterday. I cleared 7 weapons, so I was at it for a while, but in one zone people wouldn't stop screaming about BLUs killing everything. The issue wasn't so much people on BLU, but just that there was a huge amount of players running around zerging all the FATEs and so if you showed up the tiniest bit late, good chance you weren't getting gold. If things are dying quickly, it's not always the fault of a BLU.

The only issue with BLU is the missle spell being able to take 75% of a boss in 3 seconds. If they only use their normal kit you still get some hits in, enough to get silver, most of the times still gold. Of course day 1 it was more BLU zergs killing everything, but you just had to avoid day 1 and by now it is fine. Except people still killing bosses in under 10s with missle, something is wrong if you think that is ok or fun.
Using BLU to speed run fates isn't an exploit.BLU is a limited job so all other classes/jobs won't compete with it on regular content.
FATE farming events are regular content.
Doing FATE farming events with BLU is an exploit.
edit: of course when every other classes/jobs struggle to get something too along. Don't put words in my mouth you know I didn't say.
"In video games, an exploit is the use of a bug or glitches, game system, rates, hit boxes, speed or level design etc. by a player to their advantage in a manner not intended by the game's designers"
It seems like, in general, the drop rates have been raised pretty substantially. I remember during the last event the mere idea of getting the glowing mount seemed like it would take 4+ days of grinding, but I've seen a few people get that mount AND the flying chair already.
so what if BLU is op for 1 event? Can't bring BLU to any current lv 80 contents, let alone old lv 70 contents.
BLU deserves to have some fun too.
And as many have stressed, this isn't a end in 1 week event. There's so much time before 5.4 comes.
This is an advantage earned by players who have level 60 blu with magic learned. Just wait it out.
People are whining like regular crafters competing with penta meld crafters for ranking title and calling it unfair.
