BLU is a limited job so all other classes/jobs won't compete with it on regular content.
FATE farming events are regular content.

Doing FATE farming events with BLU is an exploit.
edit: of course when every other classes/jobs struggle to get something too along. Don't put words in my mouth you know I didn't say.

Using BLU to speed run fates isn't an exploit.

Blue Mage is the first "Limited Job" coming to FFXIV. A Limited Job is a job that is meant to be enjoyed in a solo environment and is not suited for parties.

I main AST and got so annoyed that I could barely get a cast off. I hopped on my Drk and just started unleash spamming actually was able to do more that way then on my AST. :P

Why don't you just level BLU yourself, grab Missile, Ram's Voice and Dragon's Voice and just enjoy the event like the rest of us?
