Hydaelyn and Midgardsomr

If you swim in the lake in Lakeland and check out the area just to the SE of Bismark, there are big crystal formations on the floor. I assume there was or is something similar at the bottom of Silvertear. I'm wondering if the bottom of the lake is actually where the allag mined out the giant aetheryte that is the Crystal Tower in the first place. I mean the thing does look like its just one giant piece for the most part.

It wouldn't surprise me if the bottom of Silvertear/The Source/whatever-the-other-shards-call-their-version is the closest physical access point to Hydaelyn and/or the lifestream and the aetherial sea. Either that or its the spot the blow was stuck against Zodiark. Or both.

Those are salt crystals. They are there for level 7X miner leve quests.

I'd also like to add the possibility that Estinien's "business" to attend to may have to do with 2 unmet Middy children on the source.

But I'd like to note there isn't much evidence for this, just speculation.
