That's not how RP works.
RP is play-pretend. You can just pretend they haven't achieved those if it's really an issue.
You can also play pretend you have the mount/title/whatever even if you don't have it for that matter.
Or you can just go do the content with the character and earn it legitimately.
Or you know, pretend to not care if someone else wants their achievements on their alts especially when it'll affect practically nothing gamebreaking. Sounds like a reach to involve something like that with RP anyway.
I'm talking about having the option to "carry on achievement" that you mentioned earlier.
As far as simply having things account-wide in general, I've already stated my reason why I don't want it as it actually affects my gameplay.
If only that works. Then I won't have to argue with people about FFXIV zone design and load screen and invisible walls as breaking immersion when they play a game with a HUD that clearly show them it's still a video game.
