Give BLM Ultima that can only be used after expending 2 Polyglots. Who doesn’t want to see Ultima? Also give them Fire 5, Blizzard 5 and Thunder 5. Their rotation and kit is basically as fluid and complete as can be so I don’t see them tinkering with it too much.
