There may be others I couldn't find Lyse, City leaders still barred from seeing
Yeah, I was going around to whomever I could recall at two in the morning clicking NPCs and checking for updated dialogue. Giott, Taynor and Cerigg are in the Wandering Stairs, as is Cyella obviously. Lue-Reeq is with Olvara outside Eulmore. I couldn't find Granson, though.
Phyna (the Viis sister who left Fanow) made it to the Crystarium. She's near the entrance to the Pendants, with another (non-clickable) Viis admiring a tree.
Most of the Crystarium NPCs have dialogue about the Exarch, mostly of the "we're sad he's no longer with us, but we'll always remember his wisdom" sort. And then there's Eidith in the Musica Universalis markets, who's heartbroken over Thancred leaving.
I don't know if this is something I missed from 5.2, but Rae-Qesh in the Cabinet of Curiosity is pondering the marvels of the world, like Ryne talking about finding a bird underwater.
For the secondary Scions, as mentioned the ones in the Rising Stones have dialogue, and I still think Aenor needs to get timed out in horny jail. They also mentioned Isildaure and Alianne visiting Doma, and they are indeed in the Doman Enclave, at the One Garden area, with Homei.
I don't know where Ryne (or Gaia, for that matter) is hanging out.
After mulling it over for a day, my thoughts on Elidibus:
As for his summoning of "heroes," don't feel too bad. It was later stated he wasn't doing a full summoning, but only summoning the fragments of souls that wished to "eradicate all evil" or something along those lines; presumably the whole is fine on whatever world it came from.My headcanon is that the heroes were "summoned" in the same way the characters in the mega-crossover games like DFFOO and Brave Exvius (and other gacha) were "summoned": simplified and only technically there, and once they're done, they get reverted back with little to no knowledge of what happened.
The crossover events we have in FFXIV with other properties were more substantial summonings in comparison.
I base this on how every "hero" we faced who bothered to even talk to us (as opposed to throw themselves at us with no expository banter) just mumbled stuff about vanquishing darkness, as opposed to the long dramatic soliloquies about the value of life and living as they usually do when faced with villains.
I figure it makes sense that Tataru, a Dwarf of the Source, would make a version of Discworld Dwarf Bread. (Which has been described in various ways, albeit mostly to describe how indescribable it is. "Gravel", "forged rather than baked", "highly nutritious due to the owner deigning to eat anything else rather than the dwarf bread in question" are but a few examples.)I'd like to try some Archon loaf, just to see how bad the texture and taste are. Supposedly it requires "feats of mastication" to consume, and that's probably one of the funniest phrases I've ever heard.
EDIT: Hilarious bit of forum software weirdness: I had to make sure the total number of words in and outside of spoiler blocks was under 3000 characters, while also making sure there were at least 10 characters outside the spoiler blocks.

Yeah, but then you put a whole paragraph outside the spoiler tags that achieved the effect anyway. Also editing will let you bypass the original 3000-character limit.

Yeah. I thought the end paragraph would bypass the 10char limit, but then I was told I had too many characters. So, in my "screw it, that will do, Byregot can fix it later" mood, I cut out that last paragraph, added in the first, posted, then edited the last paragraph back in.
Yes, I could have cut out one of the spoiler-block paragraphs instead, but that required more brainpower on the spot that I was capable of, and worse, would actually make sense.
