That's a lot to unpack for such a short post.
"PS2 limitations" was a favorite excuse for SE not adding things to FFXI for a REALLY long time, and then it turned out to not really be true later in the game's life. "PS3 limitations" were a STRONG reason for how segmented the game's zones are, so "Playstation limitations" seems like a valid check here.
"Don't have anyone available to code..." I'm sorry but they've had months to figure this out at this point. This next patch was already delayed by months because of the pandemic. The pandemic is a thing, it's not really a great excuse now. Other companies (including other Japanese companies) found a way to make it work.
"Instead of asking for something come up with a solution or accept what we have and make it work." are.. are you serious? What do you think the forums are for? This is feedback here. It's not even unreasonable feedback. SE already knows the glamour dresser is insufficient as it stands. This thread and other like it contain suggestions for how the system could be improved.
"Be happy that they gave this to us and enjoy it." They gave us nothing. We pay for this. You pay for this. We all pay for this. None of this is charity. And btw, the glamour dresser existing AT ALL is because of feedback like this.
"Not every game can have something like this so try to understand what it is your Actually asking for before you ask for it." I don't even know what this means. Games aren't slapped together from pre-fab parts or something. They're programmed. And computers, not being magic, can be programmed differently. No one is suggesting this is easy. We know they're working with spaghetti code left over from 1.0, especially in their inventory subsystem. Here's the thing about that: that's not our problem. That's not on the customers to solve, that's on them to solve. 1.0 was a long time ago, it's time to stop using it as an excuse for why they can't do things.
