The people on the Source have over half of the soul shards rejoined with them. For us, we also get Ardbert fusing with us in the final act, so technically we have 9/14 of a unsundered soul. But the point Yuella was making was that there seems to be no notable 'physical' difference between the people of the Source and those of the First. The only tangible difference we know of is that we could restrain the primordial light again after Ardbert rejoins with us. And somehow gaining 5 more shards (theoretically) makes us able to create things on the scale of the Amaurot illusion. Soul physics is weird.
