    Volume 2, there is a whole page of Koshu and Kugane's history. From it being one of the only places that wasn't touched by the Allagans to the clan wars that followed in the future. I don't have the book handy at the moment but you really just have to open the book to the Kugane section.

    I could be remembering wrong, but it would be a weird portion of the book to bring up Meracydia, since the few pages are dedicated to Hingashi.
