Anyone know these adventurers' name(s)?
I feel like I should. They come up, identify me, but don't seem to have the common courtesy to give me their names. What happened to manners? Did I miss a quest somewhere?

If I remember correctly, the Ishgardian Elezen and her pals were some of the adventurers we recruited to defend the Steps of Faith in 2.55. They don't have names we know of however, because most of those adventurers were based on actual player characters.
No I do not believe they had names.

They're adventurers from Mor Dhona and introduced around the point of the Steps of Faith but I don't think they were part of the "player characters" group after the battle on the Steps.
They're hanging around the Rising Stones for a while and vanish entirely sometime during the Lv60 patch quests - which adds up with them reappearing here! I think, anyway. Will have to check the timing of them leaving.
Also from around the same point, but not part of the same group, there's the blond Hyuran conjurer who seems to be friends with V'mah Tia but didn't turn up with him for Stormblood, and the Roegadyn mage in the Darklight cowl, briefly referred to as Bluomwyda. They seemed like they might become another recurring group of minor Scions, but the four in the Firmament quest talk like they weren't even part of it.
They're first introduced to my knowledge along with whatever patch it was that held Ramuh. They cheer you on as you beat the stuffing out of Hoary Boulder and Coultenet. Then later on they participate in the fights around the Steps of Faith, but not directly in the battle itself, I think. Though interestingly enough, they wear different armor/clothing when they cheer you on.

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
