    Agreed.
    The way it reads to me is that he was stating what they thought about doing, confirmed that they moved away from that line of progress, and what their possible intentions are for when they finally get around to it.
    Not at all a definitive statement that this is getting dealt with anytime soon.
    Too bad.
    Leaving those as the capstones of ARR is not a good look
