    definitely i did all of those things you mentioned..with the recent patch was your issue fixed?Mine was resolved after their servers went down

    Thank you all for providing that information.

    Just to summarize the particular issues at hand:
    You are experiencing many different ranges of the 30002 error, including these.
    (30002)1321684372,27473018,5
    (30002)1321683623,28523325,5
    (30002)1323613036,22436132,5
    (30002)1324106226,33751872,5
    (30002)1325562104,33979113,5
    The following typical fixes have not yielded a solid connection:
    > Refreshing the router
    > Circumventing the router
    > Deleting the user folder
    > Setting up Universal Plug and Play
    > Uninstall/Reinstall
    > Various contacts with the Internet Service Provider
    The ping tests seem to be yielding generally higher response times but nothing extraordinary. (There seems to be a connection to the server.)
    It does not appear to matter where the character is located. Or how many people they are near.

    If anyone is able, it may be worth attempting the solution proposed by HyTeK and posting results. http://po.clancentral.us/viewtopic.php?p=55292#p55292

    Moving forward we are presently working with the Development Team to try to find a solution to this problem. We can only recommend patience while we investigate the matter.

    d/c 4 times yesterday night in 1hour, not fixed yet

    Since my last post I hit a time where the game was basically unplayable, so I took note of all the errors I received at the time.

    I have hit a streak of GOOD luck, and since maintenance I have not had a single disconnect(2 days in a row now), so I pray this continues :P^^ Thank you Customer Service/Dev Team.

    I just re-activated my account to try out the new patch 1.21 and am now constantly getting this error and being disconnected which has never happened before. Very annoying considering I am paying now and can't play.

    Error Code: (300002)1332043617,10607610,5

    Happened about 6 times so far tonight, can't play for longer than 10 minutes without being booted.
